After the rebels freed Wookiee slaves from Kessel’s infamous spice mines, Hera arrived in the Ghost, firing on the remaining Imperials and transporting the grateful Wookiees to freedom.

For the rebels’ raid on Stygeon Prime, Hera piloted the Phantom – and ran into an unexpected problem when a flock of tibidees was attracted to the crafts. Hera turned this odd phenomenon to her advantage, using the tibidees as reinforcements in rescuing her friends from the prison known as the Spire.

Not even Hera could avoid every scrape – the Phantom was damaged fleeing TIE fighters on Lothal. That wasn’t a problem, except a quarreling Zeb, Ezra and Chopper failed to notice the damage. Hera and Sabine then took the little craft on a mission to Fort Anaxes, unaware that the Phantom was leaking fuel.

With their ship unable to fly, Hera and Sabine had to improvise to survive attacks by deadly fyrnocks. The rest of rebels arrived just in time aboard the Ghost, allowing Hera to take the controls and blast the creatures.

After the rebels spirited the Rodian fugitive Tseebo off Lothal, the Inquisitor and his TIE wingmen pursued them. The Ghost escaped, but not before the Inquisitor launched a tracking device that attached itself to the freighter’s hull.

Hera often used a signature modulator to make the Ghost look like a different ship to Imperial sensors. But while running the Imperial blockade of Lothal, the modulator stopped working at the worst possible time. The problem? A puffer pig knocked Zeb into the controls.

After the Empire captured Kanan, the rebels sent Chopper to infiltrate a light cruiser in hopes of discovering information about his whereabouts. When the Ghost attacked the cruiser, Chopper opened the Imperial craft’s airlock, escaping and rejoining his friends.
-
The rebels rescued Kanan from captivity aboard a Star Destroyer in the Mustafar system, but were swarmed by TIE fighters. Suddenly, the Ghost and a task force of rebel ships emerged from hyperspace to even the odds. This time it was the mysterious Fulcrum – also known as Ahsoka Tano -- at the freighter’s controls.
