The people of Naboo and friends of Padmé Amidala gather at the former queen's funeral procession. Hidden among the crowd is Ahsoka Tano. Senator Bail Organa spots the former Jedi and follows her out, warning that it was dangerous to come. They move to a private balcony, and Bail gives Ahsoka a comlink -- just before clone troopers arrive.

Sometime in the future, Ahsoka works a farm with other laborers. After an incident in which she quietly used the Force, a village girl excitedly confides that she knows Ahsoka is a Jedi. But unbeknownst to both, her brother is listening.

The next day, Ahsoka and the girl return from town and find the farm in flames, bodies littering the ground. A dark figure wielding a red-bladed lightsaber stalks the scene, holding the brother and another hostage. "I turned her in!" the boy says of Ahsoka. "I should be rewarded!"

Finally, an unarmed Ahsoka confronts the villain. The battle does not last long, and the Inquisitor falls.

Bail arrives to transport the survivors to safety, and Ahsoka returns the comlink. "Things have only gotten worse," he says. "Are you sure you're ready to get back into the fight?" Tano ponders the question, then nods definitively.
