Power suddenly cuts out on the Colossus. Following a bad collision with Bucket in the dark, Kaz tests out new comlinks with Neeku. They work, except for some unpleasant feedback when they're too close to each other.

At Aunt Z's, the establishment's proprietor explains to Kaz that Doza Tower still has power, and not without reason: She thinks Captain Doza is part of the First Order. Later, Kaz introduces himself to Hype Fazon, one of the Aces of the Colossus. He says a fuel shipment is on the way, but he will not be helping to bring it in, as it comes courtesy of the First Order.

Soon, a freighter arrives, but it's not just carrying fuel; stormtroopers of the First Order, led by Vonreg, disembark.

Hype takes Kaz and Tam to visit the tower. It's luxurious. Kaz loves the food, but when the opportunity arrives, he sneaks away to find out more about Doza's connection to the First Order.

Kaz places Neeku's comlink on a server droid's tray, just before it heads into Doza's office. He hears everything -- Vonreg and the First Order are trying to coerce Doza into protection from pirates. Doza refuses to join them, or to be bought.

When the droid exits the room, however, blaring comlink feedback alerts Vonreg to Kaz's presence. He sends his troops after the boy, and Kaz makes a run for it, escaping into Torra Doza's quarters. She forces him to exit out her window...

...and is shocked when stormtroopers arrive at her door. Torra sends them off in another direction, though she still doesn't know the real reason they're after Kaz.

Meanwhile, Kaz finds himself on a ledge -- one false step, and he could meet his end. Eventually, after navigating some close calls and evading stormtrooper fire, he makes his way back inside the Colossus.

Captain Doza confronts Vonreg. Vonreg wants the spy; Torra says there is no spy, it was a friend visiting her. With that, Captain Doza orders the First Order to leave.

While Kaz makes it back to his crew in one piece, his mission is now more complicated -- and he has to get back to work as a mechanic. Doza, however, pulls up a holo of Kaz. "Who are you?" he says to himself.
