The water world featured in the opening of this episode is named Aynaboni, a play on the famous pirate Anne Bonny. Bonny was one of the few female pirates in recorded history who operated in the Caribbean during the Golden Age of Piracy. This name was chosen because of the many pirate elements found in this episode.
