The Third Sister comes to see Darth Vader, and reports that her tracker has worked: Kenobi will soon arrive on Jabiim. Pleased, Vader names Reva the new Grand Inquisitor.
-
Obi-Wan, Tala, and Leia disembark, having landed at a civilian outpost of the Path. Aboard his Star Destroyer, Vader orders the facility locked down; Lola, still programmed to do Reva's bidding, rises to sabotage the controls and lock the doors.
-
Finally, the Empire arrives and Reva gives the command to fire on the entrance to the base. Inside, Leia travels into the vents to investigate the technical problem with the controls. Obi-Wan, meanwhile, receives a transmission from Bail Organa: Concerned what will happen if the Empire learns of Luke and Leia, he says he will travel to Tatooine to help Owen should he not hear from Kenobi soon.
-
Obi-Wan meets Reva at the blast door, deciphering the truth of her past -- she was a youngling that survived Anakin's slaughter. "You're not serving him, are you?" he says. "You're hunting him." Reva angirly declines Kenobi's offer to work together and slices through the door lock.
-
Reva leads the stormtroopers into the hold, and a firefight erupts! Obi-Wan ignites his Jedi weapon, deflecting blasts and holding the Imperials off while the civilians retreat. But they keep coming. NED-B falls, as does Tala -- making the ultimate sacrifice to give her friends more time.
-
Obi-Wan decides to give himself up. "We could end this together," he tells Reva. She agrees to send him back inside, and shortly after, Vader makes his approach. In the corridor, Obi-Wan escapes from his escort, while Leia encounters Lola and removes her restraining bolt. She completes repairs on the system, opening the roof.
-
Vader stalks through the corridors, finally coming upon the hangar. As the transport takes off, he pulls it back to the ground through the Force, angrily ripping it open. But the craft is empty. In his anger, he did not see the ship behind it -- which flies away intact.
-
In another time, Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi, master and apprentice, spar. When it looks like Skywalker has the upper hand, his aggression blinds him. "You're a great warrior, Anakin, but your need to prove yourself is your undoing," Obi-Wan says. "Until you overcome it, a Padawan you will still be."
-
As Vader stews in anger, Reva strikes from behind. But she is no match for the Sith Lord. "Did you really believe I did not see it, youngling?" he says. The Grand Inquisitor soon joins him, and they leave Reva to die.
-
Reva, injured, finds Kenobi's transmitter...and uncovers Bail's message. On the transport, Obi-Wan senses a disturbance in the Force.

Tala makes mention of an experience on Garel, a planet first seen in Star Wars Rebels that would later suffer an Imperial crackdown due to a rebel presence there.
-
The timing of the flashback training session between Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi is just prior to the events of Star Wars: Attack of the Clones. Anakin has his Padawan braid and is brandishing his Episode II lightsaber, but the events of that film have not happened yet -- as he still has his arm intact. Similarly, Obi-Wan has his Episode II look and lightsaber.

Among the droids helping with the efforts on Jabiim is KP-1, a winning design submitted by Camille Manet in the Build My Droid contest sponsored by FIRST and Star Wars: Force For Change. For more on the making of KP-1, check out StarWars.com's interview with Camille.
