Ziro the Hutt has been released from prison by Cad Bane. On his homeworld of Nal Hutta, he faces the Hutt Grand Council in Gardulla the Hutt's palace. Ziro understands the motivation behind his release -- a holo-diary cataloging the nefarious deeds of the council, currently in his possession, would end up on the steps of the Senate should anything happen to him.
-
On Coruscant, Obi-Wan and Clone Commander Cody await Quinlan Vos on the landing platform of the Jedi Temple. Vos makes a dramatic entrance by leaping from his gunship onto the platform. Thinly veiling a mild irritation with the Jedi's brashness, Obi-Wan briefs Vos on the situation -- they need to capture Bane and Ziro and return them to the courts. They board a waiting shuttle for Nal Hutta.
-
On Nal Hutta, singer Sy Snootles and a trio of Twi'lek dancers entertain the Hutt Grand Council with a lavish musical number. Following her performance, Sy discovers Ziro the Hutt is locked up in the palace. Using her feminine wiles to get past the guards, she reaches Ziro, whom she apparently had a relationship with in the past. She will help him break out.
-
Obi-Wan and Quinlan arrive at Nal Hutta. They are escorted under guard to Gardulla the Hutt's throne room, where Vos feels Ziro's presence through a discarded cup the Hutt had touched. Informing Gardulla of Ziro's escape -- a fact she claims to have already known about -- the two exit peacefully. Cad Bane emerges from the shadows as they leave.
-
Obi-Wan and Quinlan find the dungeon where Ziro was imprisoned. He is gone, and they suspect he had help breaking out.
-
Ziro and Sy negotiate the dense wet Nal Hutta landscape on a swamp speeder. Ziro laughs at his good fortune.
-
Gardulla and two other Hutts discuss Ziro's escape, suspecting the Jedi are to blame. Cad Bane thinks Ziro was sprung before the Jedi arrived, and offers to find out who his accomplice is. The Hutts consent.
-
Obi-Wan and Quinlan make quick work of tracking Ziro through the swamps with their enhanced Jedi speed and acrobatics. Obi-Wan wonders why the Hutt wouldn't flee off-world. Vos senses there is something keeping him on Nal Hutta.
-
Ziro and Sy arrive at the home of the Hutt matriarch, Mama the Hutt. She is an enormous, intimidating beast, and Ziro is certain Gardulla would never pursue him here. Ziro needs his mother's starship, which she agrees to let him borrow -- provided he brings it back fully powered-up. Ziro explains he's got some important business on Teth.
-
Cad Bane and Todo 360 move through the swamps on a speeder in pursuit of the Jedi. They unknowingly pass the pair, who are now aware that others are interested in finding Ziro as well.
-
Obi-Wan and Quinlan arrive at the home of the matriarch Hutt. Quinlan slashes through the front door with his lightsaber, much to Obi-Wan's disapproval. Finding the Hutt, she tells them Ziro and Bane had already been there, and that they're heading for Teth.
-
On Teth, Ziro and Sy approach the hidden gravesite of Ziro's father. After Ziro uncovers the wrapped body of the deceased Hutt where he has hidden the holo-diary, Sy snatches the Hutt Council records.
-
Suddenly, Sy pulls a pistol on Ziro and shoots him dead. The price -- she claims -- for breaking her heart.
-
Cad Bane's starfighter Xanadu Blood lands on Teth. Cad and Todo 360 discover Ziro's body, and that the holo-diary has been taken. Cad spies the Jedi shuttle landing nearby.
-
Obi-Wan and Quinlan make their way to the gravesite. Though Bane is innocent of killing Ziro, he is still a wanted criminal. Bane squeezes off several shots of his twin blasters as the Jedi make chase.
-
In a series of impressive acrobatic moves, the bounty hunter and Jedi wage battle on the tops of Teth's natural rock formations. Bane eventually gets the drop on Obi-Wan, shocking him with electric jolts from his wrist gauntlet.
-
Quinlan now takes on Bane, deflecting his flamethrower and pursuing the bounty hunter to his starship. Bane fires up the ship's thrusters, nearly sending Kenobi and Vos off a cliff. The two are left hanging as Cad makes his escape.
-
On Tatooine, Sy delivers the holo-diary to Jabba the Hutt. He pays her well, having done a bounty hunter's work.
