Hera goes before the council on Coruscant, trading barbs with Senator Xiono. He finally recommends she be court martialed, but a visitor interrupts the proceedings: C-3PO enters and presents a data transcript, "proving" that Hera's mission to Seatos came from Leia Organa.

Meanwhile, Ahsoka trains to an old lesson recorded by Anakin Skywalker. Huyang comes to report that they'll soon be coming out of hyperspace, as the whales are slowing down. But when they reach their destination and exit the purrgil...

...they find an Imperial minefield! Ahsoka tries to navigate the explosives, while Morgan Elsbeth's fighters give chase.

Thrawn's commanding trooper, Captain Enoch, reports that Ahsoka has arrived. When Elsbeth informs the Grand Admiral that Tano's Master was Anakin Skywalker, he calls off the fighters, noting that "if she’s anything like her Master, she’ll be unpredictable and quite dangerous."

On Peridea, Ezra and Sabine travel with the Noti. Sabine fills him in on the state of galaxy, but doesn't divulge what has happened with Ahsoka. "It's complicated?" Ezra asks. Elsewhere, Baylan and Shin continue their search for the Jedi.

Ahsoka reaches out to Sabine, who hears her call. Meanwhile, the Great Mothers use their magicks to find Tano and flush her out of hiding.

Baylan and Shin locate Sabine, but Skoll tells his apprentice that his fate lies along another path. “One parting lesson, Shin," he says. "Impatience for victory will guarantee defeat."

Ezra, Sabine, and the Noti fight off the bandits and Shin. Ahsoka and Huyang speed toward the planet, and Tano leaps down to enter the fray. She finds Baylan waiting. They duel intensely until Ahsoka absconds on his howler, leaving to help her friends.

Ahsoka arrives to aid Sabine and Ezra. “What a rare sight," Thrawn says, watching the battle on a holo map. "Almost like the Jedi of old." He calls off his troops, as a mysterious cargo transfer from the fortress to the Star Destroyer is at last complete. Shin retreats.

“I thought you were dead,” Sabine says to Ahsoka. “And miss this reunion?” she replies, hugging Ezra. The Noti emerge, and Ezra introduces them to Ahsoka. “Guys, I’m getting a feeling," he says. "I think I might be going home after all.”
