Sabine and Ahsoka continue to repair their ship in the forests of Seatos. Tano worries that Elsbeth has the map; they cannot allow Thrawn to return as heir to the Empire, even if that means not finding Ezra. Ahsoka wonders if Sabine can make that choice. “Can I count on you?” Ahsoka asks. “You know you can,” Sabine replies.

Outside, Ahsoka seems to sense something and tells Huyang to be careful. From a distance, an HK droid watches their ship. Shin reports back that they've found the Jedi, and her forces close in.

Huyang finishes repairs on the ship. “There, finally some progress,” he says. But at that moment, Shin's droids attack! Ahsoka and Sabine come to his aid, and then race into the woods.

Meanwhile, Hera readies the Ghost to help Ahsoka and Sabine despite orders from the New Republic. Only she's not alone: Carson Teva and a small squadron are breaking protocol to join her.

Morgan and Baylan unlock the map. Meanwhile, Ahsoka and Sabine find Shin and Marrok. Tano ends Marrok quickly, while Shin battles Wren.

While Sabine gives chase to Shin, Baylan comes to face Ahsoka at the henge. As they duel, Skoll taunts the former Jedi. “Your legacy, like your Master’s, is one of death and destruction," he tells her. Ahsoka calls for Sabine to destroy the map, but Baylan manages to knock Tano over the edge and into the waters below.

Distraught over Ahsoka, Sabine points her blaster at the map. Baylan steps closer, asking for the orb, and offering to help her find Ezra. “It’s the only way," he says. "Do it, for Ezra.” Sabine lowers her weapon and hands Skoll the device.

Suddenly, Sabine begins to choke. From behind, Shin squeezes her throat through the Force. Baylan, however, commands his apprentice to let Sabine go. They will keep their promise to her.

Elsbeth's droid finishes calculations to Peridea, and Baylan destroys the map. Meanwhile, Hera and her squadron arrive and block the path of the Eye of Sion, but the massive vehicle makes the jump to lightspeed, sending the ships careening through space.

Ahsoka awakens someplace not of this world. Gathering herself, she hears a voice. “I didn’t expect to see you so soon," the voice says. Ahsoka stands up and turns to see Anakin Skywalker, her former Master.
