A small, single-passenger craft, the Imperial tactical infiltration pod was used for short-distance transportation and recon missions. As such, it sacrificed maneuverability and weaponry for advanced communications tech, including a long-range transmitter and encryption abilities. Designed to look like a normal escape pod, it was made for much more nefarious purposes.
