Her ingenuity serves her well, climbing the ranks by piecing together a clear picture of rebel activity from disparate parts.

The Imperial Security Bureau operates in the shadows, a secret task force activated to ensure order after the formation of the Empire. Represented by officers like Supervisor Dedra Meero and Agent Alexsandr Kallus, the ISB surreptitiously investigates rebel activities found throughout the galaxy to quash the first hint of insurrection.

Coruscant is the vibrant heart and capital of the galaxy during the age of the Empire, featuring a diverse mix of cultures and citizens spread over hundreds of levels. Once the home of the main Jedi Temple -- the central hub of Jedi training and learning for over a thousand generations and the repository of the Jedi Archives -- these traditions ended when the planet bore witness to Order 66.

Eedy Karn raised her son, Syril, to succeed. After a botched mission to Ferrix costs him his job with Pre-Mor Corporate Security, the ever-judgmental Eedy coldly welcomes him home to Coruscant, berating her son yet still willing to work what connections she has to ensure his prosperity.

Syril Karn believes wholeheartedly in order and justice. The ambitious inspector hopes to make a name for himself within the ranks of the Empire by quelling signs of rebellious activity and exposing lawbreakers.
