  • Company 77

    default

    Company 77

To ensure perfect obedience, the First Order trains stormtroopers from birth – but even with such brutal conditioning, some soldiers retain a sense of morality. At the Battle of Ansett Island, an entire company mutinied rather than fire on civilians. Led by Jannah, the remnants of Company 77 now live in exile on Kef Bir. When Finn meets Jannah, he is astonished and heartened to learn he wasn’t the only stormtrooper to reject his programming.

    Jannah

From an oceanic moon, Jannah leads a band of warriors, ready to charge against the forces of the First Order.

    sea skiff

On Kef Bir, Jannah and her company of First Order exiles have cobbled together two sea skiffs from Imperial-era repulsorlift vehicles used during the construction of the second Death Star. The exiles use these agile yet sturdy craft both for fishing and for salvaging wreckage from the moon’s oceans. Rey commandeers one skiff for the perilous journey to the Death Star ruins offshore, with Jannah and Finn following aboard its twin.

  • Kef Bir

    Kef Bir

One of nine moons in the Endor system, the oceanic world of Kef Bir remains in the shadow of the famous Forest Moon where the Battle of Endor brought the Empire to its knees. After the explosion of the second Death Star, a massive fragment of the destroyed station was left peeking out from one of Kef Bir’s oceans.

  • First Order Stormtroopers

    default

    First Order Stormtroopers

The First Order’s infantry units wear stark white armor derived from that worn by the Republic’s clone troopers and the Empire’s stormtroopers. Members of this new generation of stormtroopers are trained from birth, growing up with unit designations instead of names and fed a steady diet of First Order propaganda to ensure absolute loyalty. Where the Empire opted for numbing routine, the First Order’s training simulations and live-fire drills encourage improvisation on the battlefield, making these stormtroopers more dangerous than their Imperial predecessors.

  • The Resistance

    default

    The Resistance

A small, secretive private military force, the Resistance was founded by rebel hero Leia Organa to monitor the actions of the First Order. Most New Republic power brokers tolerate the Resistance while regarding Organa and her fighters as dead-enders with an unfortunate fixation on the past. Organa’s cash-strapped movement relies on credits, ships and equipment quietly funneled to it from the few senators who share her concerns. Resistance starfighters destroyed Starkiller Base, but the First Order’s retaliatory attack on D’Qar reduced its forces to a handful of brave freedom fighters.

  • Millennium Falcon

    default

    Millennium Falcon

An extensively modified Corellian light freighter, the Millennium Falcon is a legend in smuggler circles and is coveted by many for being the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy. Despite her humble origins and shabby exterior, the ship that made the Kessel Run in less than 12 parsecs has played a role in some of the greatest victories of the Rebel Alliance and the New Republic. The Falcon looks like a worn-out junker, but beneath her hull she’s full of surprises. A succession of owners, including Lando Calrissian and Han Solo, have made special modifications that boosted the freighter’s speed, shielding and firepower to impressive – and downright illegal – levels. The price of such tinkering? The Falcon can be unpredictable, with her hyperdrive particularly balky. Despite her flaws, she’s beloved by her owners – Han Solo and Chewbacca spent years searching the galaxy for the ship they once called home, rejoicing when they finally reclaimed her.
