The trading card set is also comprised of 90 movie cards telling the story of the Clone Wars theatrical release. The imagery is really incredible and grabs some of those sure to be quick sequences. Inserts included are Base Foil Parallels, Sketch Cards, Animation Cel Cards, Motion Cards and Foil Cards.
Here's a look at some of the new cards completed by Star Wars artist Grant Gould.

"I think Dave Filoni and his crew have really brought the fun back to Star Wars," Gould says about the new Clone Wars animated series. "There's more genuine character growth and interaction now, more humor -- and from what I've been privy to so far, it only gets better and better. The theatrical release was just a teaser for what's to come, and I have no doubt fans are going to fall in love with the TV series as well as the ongoing online Clone Wars web comic!"
Of all the characters Gould has drawn for The Clone Wars card set, three will remain his favorites. "When I drew my Topps cards, I had three favorites Yoda, Grievous, and Asajj," Gould explains. "I always have fun drawing those three. But now that I've seen the movie -- which I loved -- Ahsoka is my new favorite. I love her character design, I love her coolness and spunk, and I think she's a blast to draw."
Gould thinks collectors will be thrilled with the new Topps sketch cards for a variety of reasons. "The base cards look awesome," Gould says. "Topps really gave them a great, sleek design, and the imagery is beautiful. The sketch cards are always fun, and I think a lot of the artists really brought their A-game to this set. Plus the actual animators and designers from the show contributed sketch cards to the set, and they're randomly mixed in with all the other sketch cards. So not only can people pull a piece of original art, but they also have a chance of pulling a piece of original art drawn by someone who's directly involved with the show, which is a huge treat."
