Star Wars fans can now wish Dad a Happy Father's Day or just send a laugh with Hallmark's new selection of premium e-cards.
The Hallmark e-cards feature original scenes from select Star Wars movies. Hallmark.com first introduced e-cards featuring these films in 2008.
"We know consumers enjoy connecting with the important people in their lives through movies they love," notes Hallmark Shelly Mathews, Digital Greetings Product Manager. "We plan to continue adding e-cards that contain memorable scenes from the classic Lucasfilm library, since people love to send them."
The new designs include a Father's Day e-card featuring Darth Vader and has text interspersed with scenes from the movie. An "anytime" e-card providing a laugh with a Wookiee and Ewok is a great way for consumers to connect through a shared love of Star Wars. Each premium e-card is available for 99 cents (check out a preview of the Vader card here).
Hallmark's existing e-card collection also includes an Indiana Jones birthday design and a Star Wars birthday design as well as an e-card for anniversary celebrations, featuring Han Solo and Princess Leia from the classic Star Wars trilogy.
