In outskirts of of Lothal, Ezra practices deflecting blasts with his lightsaber. Sabine, Chopper, and Zeb fire low-powered training bolts at the Padawan, which he struggles to redirect at a target stormtrooper helmet. Suddenly, he's overcome with the sound of unseen voices, and slips into a trance-like state.

Ezra begins to see flashing images in a vision of events yet to come. Surprisingly, his vision ends with senator-in-exile Gall Trayvis saying, "You're parents were very brave." When Ezra wakes up, he's shocked to learn that while in his meditative state, he deflected every blast at the target.

Despite Kanan's warning, Ezra is convinced that his vision will become real. The crew catches Trayvis' latest broadcast, and interpret a hidden message: that the senator is coming to Lothal, and will meet them at the Old Republic Senate Building.

For more information, Ezra reconnects with his friend (and Imperial cadet) Zare Leonis. Zare relays that Agent Kallus is gathering troops for a massive operation at the Senate building. Ezra has to warn the others, and makes a quick escape as stormtroopers close in.

Meanwhile, Kallus readies his plan. He believes that capturing the Lothal rebels as a group should be the top priority, as opposed to the Inquisitor's desire to apprehend only the Jedi.

The crew has a new mission: save Trayvis from the Imperial trap. Spying the stormtrooper presence, they notice that the Imperials have not yet entered the complex. Kanan fears a larger setup is in play -- one for the Ghost team; in response, Ezra leads the team to a sewer pipe that will take them, undetected, into the Senate building.

After navigating the sewers, they find Trayvis at the New Freedom mural, just as he secretly conveyed in his broadcast. But all is not right...

...as his protocol droids are blasted, and stormtroopers, led by Kallus, emerge and surround the rebels. The ISB Agent demands information, and threatens to open fire.

Watching from above, however, are Sabine and Zeb. Sabine tosses smoke bombs, giving the rebels cover, while Zeb leaps down and takes out the troopers. Taking Trayvis, they head back into the sewers, with the Empire in hot pursuit.

Fleeing from stormtroopers, they stop momentarily while Trayvis catches his breath. The break allows the Imperials to find them, and the crew splits up. Hera and Ezra take the senator, while the rest look to draw their attackers away. On the surface, Chopper poses as an Imperial droid, giving the team more time.

Continuing their journey underground, Hera, Ezra, and Trayvis come upon a massive fan. While they stop to figure out a way through, Hera hands the senator a blaster for protection...which he quickly turns on the rebels. He's with the Empire. He knew Ezra's parents -- and says they were fools. "They're gone!" he says, before trying to blast Hera. But the weapon won't fire.

Hera takes it back, and lands a roudhouse punch squarely on the traitor's jaw. "A true rebel would know if he was holding a charged blaster," she says. Hera had her suspicions of Trayvis, she reveals. Finally, the rest of crew arrives.

As stormtroopers appear, Kanan uses the Force to slow the fan. The rebels pass through, and Ezra glares angrily at Trayvis.

Back at the Ghost, Ezra is dismayed that he misread his vision. Kanan says that Ezra's emotions clouded his judgment; visions are almost impossible to interpret. Sitting alone together, Hera lets the Padawan know that he shouldn't be ashamed. "We have hope," she says. "Hope that things can get better. And they will."
