The vengeful Garnac and his Trandoshan followers stalk the forests of Wasskah, seeking out Ahsoka Tano, the Padawan who killed Garnac's son, Dar. "Mark my words," says Garnac. "I'll have her hide and nail it to the wall for killing my son!"
-
Ahsoka returns to the surviving younglings O-Mer and Jinx and tells them the tragic news of Kalifa's death. O-Mer is despondent, losing all hope. Ahsoka refuses to go down without a fight. She plans to attack the prisoner drop-ship that is set to arrive at the beach tonight.
-
That night, Ahsoka, O-Mer and Jinx leap aboard the slave ship, grappling with its Trandoshan crew. Ahsoka infiltrates the bridge, but the Trandoshans are ready for her.
-
A blast of Trandoshan gunfire wrecks the ship's control system. The slave ship spins out of control, tearing itself apart as it slams into the beach. Ahsoka's plan to take over the vessel has failed, but a new opportunity emerges from the crash...
-
...a prisoner crawls free of the wreckage. It is a towering Wookiee named Chewbacca.
-
Chewbacca returns with Ahsoka and the younglings to their camp. Chewie suggests building a transmitter from the wreckage of the slave ship to call for help. Ahsoka supports this idea.
-
That night, the prisoners return to the beach. As Ahsoka and Chewbacca enter the wreckage to gather the parts required to build a transmitter, O-Mer and Jinx spot a Trandoshan hunter, Smug. They team up to take down the hunter, and with Chewie's help, they overpower Smug, making him their prisoner.
-
Chewbacca cobbles together a transmitter, but Jinx and O-Mer are doubtful it will work. Jinx suggests an alternate plan -- using the prisoner to lure the Trandoshans into bringing a pod to them, which they can then commandeer and fly to the floating lodge. Though Ahsoka does have faith in Chewbacca's inventiveness, she agrees that the time to act is now.
-
Returning to the beach, Chewbacca and the younglings coerce Smug through mind tricks and Wookiee intimidation to call the Trandoshan lodge for help. A hover-pod arrives to pick Smug up, and the Jedi spring into action, leaping aboard the craft.
-
They pilot the pod to the hunting lodge, where a battle erupts. The acrobatic Jedi flip past their burly Trandoshan attackers, while Chewbacca uses his raw strength to clobber his way through. Despite their tenacity, however, they are outnumbered.
-
Just when things look their darkest, with the Jedi and Chewbacca outgunned and outclawed, the whine of engines pierces the sky. Dropping in from the clouds is the starship Halo.
-
Aboard is Sugi, whose piloting services have been hired by General Tarfful and his Wookiee forces. Chewbacca's distress signal was received. The Wookiees are here to save the day.
-
Tarfful and his Wookiee soldiers toss many Trandoshan hunters overboard. Garnac flees into the lodge, and Ahsoka gives chase.
-
Amid his grisly hunting trophies, Garnac stalks Ahsoka. Though he is far stronger, Ahsoka is much more nimble and has the Force at her command. She orders Garnac to stand down and surrender, but vengeance burns deeply in Garnac's heart. Garnac makes one last attack, forcing Ahsoka to push the lizard man to his death.
-
The Halo brings the Wookiees and Jedi to the Jedi Temple. Anakin apologizes to Ahsoka for letting her get captured, but Ahsoka assures him that his instruction gave her the skills necessary to survive. She thanks Anakin for his guidance. She has come very far as a Padawan learner.
