From Imagination to Screen - The Art Department of Industrial Light & Magic: Join Creative Director David Nakabayashi, along with the Art Directors of ILM: Christian Alzmann (Cowboys & Aliens, The Last Airbender), Yanick Dusseault (Star Trek 2, The Avengers), Alex Jaeger (Pacific Rim, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen) and Aaron McBride (Noah, Battleship) as they discuss the legacy of ILM's first Art Director, Ralph McQuarrie. The team will also cover some of ILM's most memorable moments to come through their department during the company's history, spanning over 35 years and more than 350 films.

The Future of Star Wars Publishing: Dark Horse & Del Rey: Find out what's coming up in the Expanded Universe of Star Wars publishing. Editors Randy Stradley and Dave Marshall from Dark Horse Comics will discuss what's next for Agent of the Empire, Dawn of the Jedi, Lost Tribe of the Sith and Darth Maul, as well as reveal a new secret title that's on the horizon. From Del Rey Books come editors Frank Parisi and Erich Schoeneweiss with author Troy Denning (Apocalypse) to look at new novels coming later this year from fan-favorite authors Timothy Zahn and Aaron Allston, as well as give us a peek into 2013. Also on the panel is Jennifer Heddle, senior editor at LucasBooks. Moderated by author Pablo Hidalgo (Star Wars: The Essential Reader's Companion).

501st Costuming 101: Dressing to Serve the Empire!: This panel describes the essentials about what it takes to create a costume that meets the standards of quality for entry into the 501st Legion. It will provide an overview of what is involved in creating a costume, the different costume categories, and how much time is involved in creating a costume that is screen accurate. A panel of experts will describe, display, and demonstrate tips and techniques used for their costume specialty. They will also share information about the mission of the 501st legion.

"Drew: The Man Behind the Poster" documentary panel: Artist Drew Struzan, whose iconic portfolio includes movie poster art from the Back To the Future, Indiana Jones and Star Wars film series will be on hand to discuss his career and artwork, which are both the central focus of the newly completed independent documentary feature film, "Drew: The Man Behind The Poster." There will be a Comic-Con exclusive trailer of the documentary shown as well.
