Miniatures Preview: Wolf Sazen

Travel forward a century after the events of Return of the Jedi, and you'll find a whole new galaxy. A mostly benevolent Empire is running things, but a new brand of Sith have taken center stage and once again it's a risky thing to be a Jedi Knight. Few know this better than Wolf Sazen, a Zabrak Jedi Knight who lost an arm to a Sith Lord. Trained by Kol Skywalker, Sazen took Kol's son, Cade -- the last heir to the Skywalker name -- as an apprentice. Wolf's got his hand full keeping Cade on the path of the light.

Now gamers who play the table-top Star Wars: Miniatures game from Wizards of the Coast have the opportunity to add Wolf Sazen to their forces, as he's one of the 60 pre-painted miniatures randomly packed into their Star Wars: Legacy of the Force expansion set. The Legacy of the Force set picks from the entire Star Wars saga, including characters from the Knights of the Old Republic era, set thousands of years before the events of A New Hope. As is evident with Sazen, it also goes into the distant future of the saga as well.

Here's a preview of Wolf's miniature, plus his character card which details his game-play statistics. Star Wars: Miniatures is a standalone game for playing table-top battles, or it can be used to enhance your Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game experiences. Or, if you just like looking at bookshelves teeming with plastic armies, they make great collectibles as well.
