Description
Thanks to modified systems, freeco bikes functioned in frigid weather that would ground a Repulic gunship. These speeder bikes were properly known as CK-6 swoop bikes, and their nickname was a nod to the "freezing cold" conditions for which they were designed.

Clone troopers appreciated the CK-6's speed and armament, but their favorite feature was the freeco bike's insulated cockpit, kept warm by a powerful heating unit built into the acceleration couch.
Anakin Skywalker
Anakin Skywalker grew up flying Podracers with the desert air whipping past his face -- a far cry from flying a freeco bike across a frozen landscape. But even stuck in a sealed cockpit, Anakin enjoyed putting the nimble bike through its paces.
Talz
On orders from Pantora's Chairman Chi Cho, the clone troopers used their freeco bikes to wage war against Orto Plutonia's native Talz. The bikes were fast and capable, but so were the Talz -- and they were fighting in familiar conditions.
