Lotho Minor has, for time immemorial, been an industrial dumping ground for neighboring worlds. Cargo ships routinely drop holds of refuse onto the planet, caring little as to what would become of it. Immense droids programmed long ago to incinerate the garbage continue to labor amid the mountains of refuse, filling their enormous jaws with scrap and burning it with the flames of their infernal gullets. Those unfortunate to live on Lotho Minor know not of the origins of these crane monsters. The mindless mechanicals are simply known as the fire-breathers.
A world of towering garbage-mountains, Lotho Minor is where the galaxy dumps the things it no longer wants. The fire-breathers awkwardly clamber across the shifting piles of detritus in their mindless quest to constantly feed a bottomless appetite for junk.
The mysterious Junkers are the native inhabitants of Lotho Minor, somehow surviving on the garbage dump world.
A sly and slippery Anacondan who lived on Lotho Minor, Morley served as a guide to Savage Opress when the dark warrior was scouring the planet for any trace of his long lost brother. Morley warned Savage to avoid the fire-breathers. "They'll getcha," he cautioned.
