Description
A crafty, vicious Dug, Sebulba became one of the Outer Rim's most successful Podracers. Whether roaming the streets of Mos Espa or piloting his massive orange Podracer, Sebulba was aggressive and arrogant. He was not above cheating to win a race, and would even resort to illegal weapons in an attempt to defeat his opponents. Sebulba was Mos Espa's reigning Podrace champion until he entered the Boonta Eve Classic, where he was defeated by young Anakin Skywalker, much to the Dug's frustration.

Relationships
Anakin Skywalker
Sebulba despised Anakin Skywalker, thinking that the slave boy posed no threat to his unbroken record of Podracing victories. Still, Sebulba prudently sabotaged the boy's engines prior to the start of the race for good measure.
Watto
Watto bet heavily on Sebulba for the Boonta Eve Classic Podrace, confident that "he always wins!" The Toydarian junk dealer lost everything in the wager.
Tatooine
There are not many reasons to come to the remote desert world of Tatooine, but the Boonta Eve Podrace brings in offworlders from throughout the Outer Rim. As such, Sebulba may be the biggest celebrity on the dusty planet.
