Description
The secret leader of the Geonosians, Karina dwelled in the catacombs beneath the Progate Temple, laying eggs, controlling an army of Geonosian drones, and giving orders to public Geonosian leaders such as Poggle the Lesser.
When Poggle fled to the Temple, the Jedi followed and discovered Karina, who had captured Luminara Unduli -- and now sought control of Jedi Knights.

Relationships
Poggle the Lesser
Poggle the Lesser was subservient to the Queen, though he held the lofty rank of Archduke of Geonosis. It was Poggle who managed the weapon foundries on Geonosis, as well as the hive's relationship with the Separatist Alliance.
Geonosis
Geonosis is a harsh world of rocks and desert. Deep beneath the surface, within the twisting catacombs, Queen Karina ruled over the Geonosian hive in secret, unknown to the Republic.
Obi-Wan Kenobi
When Obi-Wan Kenobi discovered that Queen Karina's hive intelligence was somehow powerful enough to reanimate Geonosian corpses, he was fascinated by the biology of Karina's brain worms.
Luminara Unduli
Luminara Unduli was determined to track down Poggle the Lesser, and followed the Geonosian archduke deep into the catacombs beneath the Progate Temple. She was captured by Geonosians and nearly subjected to brain worm infestation.
Clone Commander Cody
Clone Commander Cody was one of the clone troopers that explored deep inside the Geonosian catacombs and uncovered Queen Karina's lair. Cody and his troops opened fire at the chamber ceiling, collapsing the cavern, and crushing Karina underneath an avalanche of rocks.
