Description
Papanoida became chairman of Pantora after the death of Chi Cho. When he refused to join the Separatists, they blockaded Pantora and hired the bounty hunter Greedo to kidnap Papanoida's daughters.
Unwilling to wait for Coruscant law enforcement or the Senate to help, Papanoida took it on himself to solve the kidnapping and rescue his children.

Riyo Chuchi
Young Senator Chuchi looks to Chairman Papanoida for guidance. The Chairman is much more approachable and reasonable than his predecessor, Chi Cho, and offers measured, compassionate advice to Chuchi.
Greedo
After discovering Greedo's blood at the scene of his two daughters' kidnapping, Chairman Papanoida of Pantora tracked the bounty hunter to Tatooine, where he presented his criminal evidence to Jabba the Hutt. Exposed, Greedo led Papanoida and his son to a seedy bar in Mos Eisley, where one of the daughters is reunited with her father and brother after a brief but intense firefight.
Jabba the Hutt
Papanoida's influence extends even to the criminal underworld, and he has had dealings with Jabba the Hutt. When his daughters went missing, Papanoida asked Jabba for help, appealing to his sympathies as a fellow parent.
Tan Divo
Pantoran potentate Papanoida had his daughters kidnapped during a diplomatic mission to Coruscant. The task to find them fell to Tan Divo... which meant Papanoida struck out on his own, and successfully solved the case.
