Details
Biography
A grim Jedi Master with an amethyst-bladed lightsaber, Mace Windu was the champion of the Jedi Order, with little tolerance for the failings of the Senate, the arguments of politicians or the opinions of rebellious Jedi.
As the Clone Wars intensified, Mace sensed the dark side of the Force at work, and knew the Jedi's enemies were plotting to destroy the Order and end its stewardship of the galaxy.

Relationships
Yoda
Yoda and Mace were the senior members of the Jedi Council. The two held each other in the deepest trust, seeking advice and wisdom during the dark times of the Clone Wars.
Jedi Order
Mace Windu believed the Jedi best served the Republic as keepers of the peace, not soldiers. He was concerned about this new military role that the Jedi found themselves in.
Jango Fett
During the battle in the Geonosian execution arena, Jango Fett targeted Mace Windu for destruction. Though a powerful warrior, Jango proved no match to Mace's lightsaber skills, and Windu decapitated the bounty hunter.
Boba Fett
Boba witnessed his father die on Mace Windu's blade. He cradled his father's empty helmet and swore vengeance against the Jedi in general, and Mace in particular.
Cham Syndulla
Mace allied his forces with the resistance movement on Ryloth during the battle to liberate that world. He worked closely with rebel leader Cham Syndulla, trying to convince him that the Twi'leks were not trading one occupational force for another.
