Description
Flamboyant, colorful and not always too accurate, Fode and Beed were the popular announcers of the Boonta Eve Podrace. The two were well suited for their chosen vocation -- they were a two-headed alien that shared a single body. Fode, whose skin was tinted red, provided commentary in an easy Basic drawl, while Beed, the green-hued head, provided counterpoint in Huttese.

Sebulba
When Fode and Beed introduced Sebulba at the Boonta Eve Podrace, they made sure to call him a champion, and listed him as hailing from Pixelito.
Anakin Skywalker
Fode and Beed described Anakin Skywalker as a "local boy," and expressed some surprise at a young human entering the cutthroat competition. Their snickers when his engines initially failed to start indicated they didn't have much faith in the boy's chances.
Jabba the Hutt
Fode and Beed introduced Jabba the Hutt as the grand host of the Boonta Eve Podrace and honored him with an impressive display of synchronized ululation.
