During the Clone Wars, Amis was one of the brightest students groomed for leadership for the next generation of Mandalore -- a plan complicated by the sudden turmoil that engulfed the neutral planet during the conflict. As a Royal Academy of Government cadet, Amis was the wise-cracker amongst his friends, a good-spirited student who often thought with his stomach. Together with his pals, he helped expose corruption at the highest level of Mandalorian politics, but thwarting a black market conspiracy was child's play compared to the rise of Death Watch.
Duchess Satine Kryze's ardent devotion to pacifism made her the target of Mandalorians who wished to return to the old warrior ways. When Death Watch took over the planet, Darth Maul and his puppet Prime Minister Almec had the Duchess jailed on false charges of murder. Amis was part of a brave rescue attempt to free her from prison.
The most cautious of the band of Mandalorian cadets led by Korkie Kryze, Lagos found courage when circumstances demanded it. She piloted the escape speeder that attempted to free Duchess Satine from the royal prison.
The most technically gifted of the Mandalorian cadets led by Korkie Kryze, Soniee loves devices and gadgets. Such know-how was useful during the trying times faced by the planet in the Clone Wars.
The smart and ambitious Korkie Kryze is the nephew of the Duchess Satine. Korkie seized the initiative to not only expose wrongdoing at the highest levels of Mandalore government, but also joined the Death Watch rebellion led by Bo-Katan during the Shadow Collective takeover of the planet. Korkie led the charge to free his aunt from prison.
The Clone Wars were a trying time for Mandalore. The declared neutrality of the planet prevented Republic and Separatist supply chains from reaching the planet, and austerity measures made the ruling government most unpopular. Prime Minister Almec took matters into his own hands by allowing the black market to deliver dangerous goods to the planet, and would have gotten away with it too if it weren't for some meddling kids.
