Hermione Bagwa was a young waitress who worked at Dexter's Diner, around the time of the outbreak of the Clone Wars. A favorite of the working-class patrons, she was an attractive woman, with blonde curls and a freckled face.
From the Expanded Universe
Hermione grew up in the Coruscant underlevels and felt very grateful to Dexter for a chance to work closer to the surface. Though she enjoyed her work, every day was a duel of superiority against the efficient WA-7, as each vied for mastery of the dining room.
Behind the Scenes
Early production notes once suggested that Dexter and Hermione were husband and wife, though that direction was eventually abandoned. During shooting on set, actress Susie Porter delivered the waitress lines both as Hermione, and as the droid waitress, though in the finished film, it's WA-7 who greets Obi-Wan Kenobi.
