[ Introducing Star Wars MashUps ]Play in the Star Wars galaxy like never before with a major new feature added to StarWars.com that allows you to "mash up" favorite moments from the saga, create your own Star Wars shorts, and interact with fellow fans around the world like never before.

There are more than 200 video clips to choose from that can be mixed and mashed using online video editing technology from Eyespot.com. Browse dozens of media sets that collect a wide assortment of Star Wars multimedia ingredients -- video clips, music, pictures -- and drag and drop them right into the mixer. Add your own user-generated video, stills and audio and you can mash it all together.Once you're happy with your mash up, you can post your videos for other fans to see, and they in turn can use it as a foundation of their own mash up. MashUp Challenge: The Ultimate 30th Anniversary Tribute
To give you some inspiration for your first Star Wars mash up, we're putting the call out for the ultimate 30th anniversary tribute clip. What's the best way to celebrate three decades of the Star Wars saga? Cut together the ultimate multi-movie trailer, or use your camera to add you and your friends into a video that illustrates what Star Wars means to you. Once you're done with your clip, publish it to the Trailer Mashups Group. We'll take a look at who's put together the best one.
